Class of 2020.jpg

This is the time of year most high school seniors have been looking forward to since freshman year.

Prom and graduation are some of the most memorable events in the high school career.  Sadly, the memories for students in this year’s graduating class will be very different. The special night that was supposed to be complete with fancy dress and dancing, was probably spent at home with the parents.  Stolen from the class of 2020 will be that special moment when you proudly step onto the stage, in the presence of family and friends, and are handed that piece of paper that says, “you did it.”

American teens will find imaginative ways to celebrate and create some memories.  But it won’t be the same.

It was four years of learning, studying and testing to achieve this milestone. Many students did even more by devoting countless hours to extra-curricular activities and advocating for causes to help their fellow students and local communities.

National Foundation for Teen Safe Driving is sponsoring a special scholarship program to recognize some of the special achievements from the Class of 2020.  All entries must be received no later than June 30, 2020.
